岡⼭市南区⻄市の国道2号線沿いに計画された旭ホールディングス㈱の事務所ビルです。
⼤型運搬⾞両の搬⼊出や、降⾬時の荷卸し作業等が円滑にできる配置・平⾯計画としつつ、事務所としてのデザインを損なわないファサードとしています。また屋上に設備機器をまとめ敷地の有効活⽤や災害からの機器の保護を図りながら、景観や騒⾳等にも配慮しています。
そしてCo2の削減と省エネに資する取り組みとして、諸室の利⽤頻度を整理し、各種設備の適正な機器選定とゾーニング及び太陽光発電設備の設置により、快適な室内環境を実現しつつ、⼀次エネルギー消費量を106%削減した『ZEB』を取得し 、環境に適し災害に強い事務所ビルとして整備しています。
This is an office building for Asahi Holdings Corporation, located along Route 2 in Minami Ward, Okayama City.
The facade was designed to facilitate the loading and unloading of large-size transportation vehicles and unloading during rain, while not compromising the design of the office. Also, the facilities and equipment have been placed on the roof to make effective use of the site and to protect the equipment from disasters, while also giving consideration to the landscape and noise.
As an effort to reduce CO2 emissions and save energy, we have obtained the "ZEB" certification, which reduces the primary energy consumption by 106% while realizing a comfortable indoor environment by organizing the frequency of use of various rooms, selecting appropriate equipment and zoning for each facility, and installing solar power generation equipment, making this an environmentally friendly and disaster-resistant office building. The building has been developed as an environmentally friendly and disaster-resistant office building.
